About 20 enthusiastic volunteers (some first timers too!) came out for a fun morning removing sea spurge from around “F” break beach (end of Wilsons Rd) and towards 2nd Surf.
We were mindful of the hooded plovers around, either staying close to the water line, or staying up in the sand dunes.

Thankfully the sea spurge management we have implemented over the last 4-5 years is paying off. We were only finding seedlings, and they were for the most part few and far between.
