We will be holding our Annual General Meeting at the Cape Paterson Community Hall (next to the tennis courts) on Saturday January the 23rd at 2pm. Due to current COVID guidelines we are limited in the number of attendees we can have present in the hall at any one time.As a result of this, physical attendance will be on a first come, first serve basis using the link below.
We realise there may be some people who may miss out as a result of this, so we will be issuing members later in January an invitation to participate (and vote) via Zoom. There will also be any opportunity to vote by proxy via an attending member but only if the chair has received a signed written consent by the time of the meeting.
All committee positions will be declared vacant at this meeting and some current committee members will not be re-nominating. We urge anyone who is interested in joining the committee (or knows anyone who is prepared to nominate) to have those names available to the returning officer by the time of the meeting. Please contact me (or any current committee member) with any nominations via my phone or email below. We welcome new faces and strive to ensure that Cape Paterson remains a wonderful place to live.
So that the meeting is Covidsafe we are requesting that attendees:to set up physical distancing in the Hall)
- register in advance for the AGM in the link above (or phone Kathy Hill 0457560537 if you need more information)
- bring your drinks bottles, smartphones (for QR registration) and pens or pencils
- comply with the Covid requirements (masks, hygiene, stay home if ill or a close contact is ill).
