A Strategic Plan for CPRRA

An impressive 128 responses to our survey were received from members including 75 additional comments! Thank you very much for your input. All of these will be considered in the development of the Strategic Plan.

After calculating your combined ranking of the seven areas and reflecting upon the 75 issues raised the committee have determined to incorporate the following four areas into the Strategic Plan.
1. Future Planning and Development: Preserving the unique character of Cape Paterson throughout future planning
2. Infrastructure: Advocating for infrastructure that enhances the liveability of the Cape
3. Biodiversity: Maintaining and enhancing the natural environment
4. Advocacy and Social and Community: Identifying and advocating on the social, health and wellbeing needs of the community.

A full copy of the survey results and discussion is available here.

What remains now is to prepare the Strategic Plan. Our goal is to have that plan ready to present to the Annual General Meeting in January.  Again thank all of you for your input! It has been invaluable.
